Moonly is proud to offer free standard shipping to Any country on every order with no minimum order.
How Long Is The Delivery Time for My Order?
It takes about 24 hours to process your payment and order. Once we have processed it, it is shipped out immediately. The estimated time of arrival of your package varies from 2 to 4 weeks. We work 6 days a week in Indian Standard timezone. Any order submitted on Sunday will be attended to on Monday.
Does My Purchase Carry a Warranty?
We have a standard 48 hours of On-arrival warranty against manufacturing defects. It can be extended up to 6/12 months for a nominal amount depending on the moonly product. The date of warranty starts from the date of registration of moon lamp (within 5 days of receipt). The extended warranty will not be available separately and has to be purchased along with the product. Terms and conditions apply.
Where Do I Register My Optional Warranty?
You may register your Moonly product here. You MUST register your Moonly product within 5 days of receipt to avoid warranty getting void.
What Can I Do If My Moon Lamp is Damaged, Defective or Wrong Sized?
If your Moonly item is damaged, defective, wrong sized or dead on arrival, please send us a photo/video of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. In case of a successful claim, we will provide you with free exchange or refund. Please contact support within 48 hours of receipt and follow the instructions.
Who Covers The Return/Exchange Shipping Cost?
In case your product satisfies the warranty terms and conditions, we will refund the shipping to you. It is capped at 300 Indian rupees (INR).
