What’s The Shipping Time?
It may take 2 to 3 weeks for the USA depending on the shopping season, and shipping location. For most other countries, it reaches in about an average of 21 days (2 to 6 weeks range). We get it to your doorstep as fast as we can without charging you extra for shipping fee.
What If I Don't Like It?
We aim to provide a total satisfaction for your purchase. You get to try the product risk-free for 14 days. If you don't like it then you may return it to us. Read more about returns in FAQs.
We accept ALL major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc). We do not accept offline money transfer methods like bank checks, money orders, direct bank transfers.

Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, Asia : 2-5 weeks
Middle East, Africa: 3-5 weeks
South America And Rest Of The Countries: 3-6 weeks
Depending on the shopping season, festivals and local custom offices there may be slight variation in receipt of the product.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We process orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on Sundays.
WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site include our local taxes in US Dollars. However, we can't guarantee that you won't be charged local taxes in your country. This means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Most low price retail items are subjected to no duty by most countries. Having said that, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Depending on your item and location there may be tracking information. In case it is available, we will send an email notification to you as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number (if there is one) one day after we have shipped your order. It may also appear in orders section when you log in on our website.
WHAT ORDERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?
All orders are eligible for returns if they won't function or you don't like them. The non-functioning/dead-on-arrival/defective products should be returned within 48 hours of receipt.
You have 14 days to try out and return a functioning product in the original packaging and contents in pristine condition where they could be shipped out again.
Any returns that don't satisfy the conditions above are not eligible for returns. Any wrong orders or orders with wrong addresses entered are not eligible for returns.
HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
WILL SHIPPING BE COVERED FOR MY RETURNS?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is under MoonlyCare warranty and fulfills warranty terms and conditions then the shipping fee of up to 4 USD will be refunded to you. You would need to confirm exact shipping cost covered for your product with support.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We do not refund any order which has been placed. Any missing/defective/dead-on-arrival items will be replaced but not refunded. We may also provide the store credit in exchange for the original item. For any dead-on-arrival scenario, the store credits will be provided for the full amount.
In case there are any refunds due to unavailability, logistics issues then the refund will take place in form of the original transaction and returned to your original card/mode of payment.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
For returns that are because you don't like the product, refunds will be in store-credits. The refunds in store-credits will be minus the cancellation charges (which includes payment gateway fees, processing fees, and shipping fees).
